During our Inman Park & Old Fourth Ward Tour yesterday, we were lucky enough to meet the new Executive Chef, Edward Russell. He’s very down to earth guy and his food centers on simplicity with high quality ingredients. It will be interesting to see how he puts his personal stamp on the menu of this popular Inman Park restaurant, part of the Concentrics Group.

Actually there are lots of changes going on at Parish. Ken Federowicz has been promoted to manager, as Justin Amick moves to The Spence, slated to open very soon in Midtown.  And a new pastry chef, Deborah Craig, just started too. (I heard a rumor that she may add creme brulee to the list of desserts!)
